Happy World Vegan Month! I have a fun fact for you that you may or may not know, Ava and I are vegan! The other day Ava asked me to read a few of her vegan books. I realized that she only has one official vegan book, the rest of her "vegan" books are accidentally vegan books. Veganism is excitedly on the rise and I would like to share a few books to read to your child if you are making the transition to plant based eating.

9. Herb the Vegetarian Dragon by Jules Bass
10. The Lorax by Dr. Seuss
Ok, you got me! The Lorax isn't exactly a vegan book but it does talk about protecting the environment and living a vegan lifestyle is one of the best ways to protect the environment! These books aren't overly graphic, they explain eating fruits and veggies in a fun way, and they are great to read even if veganism isn't your thing. We personally own all of these books and I highly recommend all of them. Let me now which books look interesting to you. Until next time.
