Fall and specifically Halloween is Ava's favorite time of the year. I think she may like Halloween more than her birthday lol. We usually like to participate in fun fall and Halloween events during the whole month of October. We took a trip to the Atlanta Botanical Gardens to see the Scarecrows In The Garden which has become somewhat of a tradition for us as we have gone every year for the past 2 years. I wanted to share a few pictures of our time at the gardens in hopes of inspiring you to take a trip there this October. Check out the pictures below!

Ava loves the spooky fun of Halloween and she really enjoys Scarecrows in the Garden. We went with our friends and the kids had a great time.

There have been new renovations to the gardens and Ava was able to play on the new playground, she had a blast going down the slide.

Since Halloween is quickly approaching, Ava wanted to wear a festive shirt, I picked it up at Atlanta Baby Exchange, one of our favorite places to shop for children's clothes in Atlanta. I paired her fun shirt with Estella Black "Mary Jane" style shoes sent to us from pediped footwear. They looked so girly and adorable on Ava.  Definitely check out pediped footwear for amazingly cute kids shoes. Oh, and did I mention that her shoes are made with vegan materials?!

There are more than 100 scarecrows in the garden created by schools, businesses, and organizations. The scarecrows leave the garden on October 29th, so if you are in the area, take a trip to the Atlanta Botanical Gardens. Until next time!

Our Summer in Pictures

Autumn is here, leaves are beginning to fall from the trees, and there is a crispness in the air. We actually had to wear jackets the other day! I wanted to share a few pictures of what we did this summer. No extravagant vacations, just plain old mother, daughter time. Check out what we did this summer below!
